Document Handling
Your custody documents are never stored. When you upload a PDF, it is processed in memory only for the duration of your session. We do not save, copy, cache, or retain your documents on our servers. Once your browser session ends, the document data is gone permanently.
Your documents are transmitted securely via HTTPS encryption and processed using the Anthropic API, which also does not retain uploaded documents beyond the API request. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details on their data handling.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
We do not require account creation or login. If you make a purchase, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your payment information directly. We receive only a confirmation of payment — we do not see or store your credit card number.
Automatically collected information
We may collect basic analytics data such as page views, device type, and general geographic region to improve our service. We do not track the content of your questions or your uploaded documents.
How We Use Your Information
We use information solely to provide and improve the ReadMyCustody service, process payments through Stripe, respond to support inquiries, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
Anthropic API: Powers the AI analysis of your documents. Your document content is sent to Anthropic's API for processing but is not retained by Anthropic after the request completes. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

Vercel: Hosts our website and serverless functions. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, no persistent storage of sensitive documents, and secure API communications with our service providers.

Our service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
